A journey rooted in tradition, elevated by partnership

The Canales family's legacy is based on tradition and passion. Today, we're privileged to begin a new chapter: directly supporting Víctor Daniel Canales, a patriarch whose vision shaped a remarkable and enduring legacy in the Nicaraguan specialty coffee scene.

Daniel, inheriting his father Don Pío Canales' pioneering spirit, took the reins in 1980. He propelled the tradition forward, expanding plots and elevating the family farm. This direct partnership honors that journey, bringing you closer to this exceptional coffee's source. We are privileged to feature his meticulously cultivated harvest, the result of decades of dedication and love for the land.

Excellence carried forward by generations

Daniel's dedication culminated in a monumental 2004 achievement: the prestigious Cup of Excellence for their organic coffee. This accolade testifies to his foresight and tireless pursuit of excellence, firmly establishing the Canales family's esteemed reputation. Now, his sons proudly carry on this influence, ensuring the next generation continues the legacy of quality and innovation. We're privileged to share this enduring heritage directly with you.
