Milton Canales
For Milton Canales, coffee is both a discipline and a family legacy. As one of the eldest active brothers, Milton vividly remembers his father's role as a pioneer in Nicaraguan specialty coffee, including the achievement of winning Nicaragua's first Cup of Excellence. That history continues to shape the way he approaches his work today.

He brings care, precision, and high standards to every stage of the process, always working toward coffees that reflect both quality and integrity. His efforts are evident in the superior quality of every lot, each one carrying the consistency and attention to detail that define his work.
